Bathroom surfaces cleaned and sanitized:

mirror
faucet, sink and countertops
cabinet door fronts
tub inside and out
shower inside and out including grout
toilet inside and out

Kitchen surfaces cleaned and sanitized:

cabinet door fronts
front of refrigerator and water dispenser (including drip tray under dispenser)
microwave inside and out
stove top and oven face
dishwasher front
counters, sink and faucet

Dust Furniture (if present)

Vacuum (under/behind furniture with 4" clearance, edges of room-sized area rugs, and small rugs in traffic areas)

Mop exposed hard floors (exposed means that we will mop surfaces that we can access without moving furniture)

Make Beds/ Change Sheets (...sorry no top bunks of bunk beds)

Check GREEN items that you would like to add to your one-time cleaning:

Wipe out KITCHEN cabinets (must be empty)

Wipe out BATHROOM cabinets (must be empty)

Clean Inside of Fridge

Clean Inside of Oven

Baseboards, chairrails, shadow boxes and other trimwork wet wiped

Wipe down all interior doors

Dust/Wipe down blinds/shutters

Dust all structural lights, ceiling fans, intake vents and remove cobwebs

Interior window glass, ledge where lock is and sills wiped
