Routine Service Includes:

Bathrooms:

• clean and polish mirror

• clean faucet, sink and countertops

• spot clean cabinet door fronts

• clean tub

• clean shower inside and out including grout

• clean toilet inside and out

Kitchen:

• spot clean cabinet door fronts (will be completely wiped down on first visit)

• clean front of refrigerator and water dispenser (including drip tray under dispenser)

• clean microwave inside and out

• clean stove top and oven face

• clean dishwasher front

• clean counters, sink and faucet

Dust

Vacuum (under/behind furniture with 4" clearance, edges of room-sized area rugs, and small rugs in traffic areas)

Mop exposed hard floors (exposed means that we will mop surfaces that we can access without moving furniture)

Make Beds

Change Sheets (must select this option when requesting a quote for service to be included....sorry no top bunks of bunk beds)

Detail Work (performed in the following order on a rotation rather than every visit):

• Baseboards

• Doors and door grooves

• Blinds wiped 

• Lights, fans, cobwebs, vents

• Interior window glass, sills and ledge where lock is (must be within reach)
