Services listed in BLACK are included when we quote your home.
- Dusting
- Vacuuming
- Mopping exposed hard flooring (exposed means no carpets orfurniture on top)
- Collecting and disposing of trash (we will replace bags if left out on kitchen counter)
- Make beds
- Change Sheets ($5 extra per visit for up to three beds...sorry no bunk beds)
- Bathrooms
-clean and polish mirror
-clean faucet, sink and counter tops
-spot clean cabinet door fronts
-clean and sanitize toilet inside and out
-clean tub
-clean shower inside and out including grout
-spot clean cabinet door fronts
-clean front of refrigerator and ice maker
-clean microwave inside and out
-clean stove top and oven face
-clean counters, sink and faucet
- Detail Work (performed in this order on a rotation rather than every visit):
- Baseboards
- Doors and door grooves wiped down
- Blinds
- Lights and ceiling fans which are attached to the structure (must be within reach)
- Interior window glass, sills and ledge where lock is (must be within reach)

Visit One-Upstairs Baseboards
Visit Two-Downstairs Baseboards
Visit Three-Upstairs Doors
Etc...until we finish the cycle at which point we start over

Move In/ Move Out Services
and
One-Time Cleanings
Clients should make a priority list of what to clean and when we reach your budget or the end of your list work will stop. All chemicals, equipment and supplies are included in your rate. We DO NOT charge for drive time as long as you are in our service area.
For One Time or Deep Cleanings we charge $25 per labor hour. A labor hour is one person working one hour. For example: if two people come to clean for two hours each that would equal FOUR labor hours (2 people X 2 hours).
